We're hiring for a Client Manager to join our team in London working with a Luxury & Fashion client.

Purpose of the Role

As Client Manager you'll join the iProspect Global Team responsible for one of our international Luxury & Fashion clients. You'll work closely with the client in coordinating and planning cross‐market and cross‐channel campaigns. You'll support the Global Brand Lead in defining the media strategy and media principles, owning and leading the media planning through coordinating central and local teams to provide an integrated media response, project managing the Go Live of the campaign, gathering and analysing the performance of the campaign for learnings and constant improvement. You'll oversee all aspects of online & offline planning and buying (Brand and Performance), across all markets, including China and the US.

Key Responsibilities

  • Work closely with the central channel & market teams across all operational demands and coordinate briefing, response to brief, campaign monitoring and reporting of all media activities for our clients (Brand & Performance).
  • Coordinate and monitor all client requests (internal and external, central and local).
  • Transform direction of media planning into a fully‐fledged media plan, including tactics, expert coordination, local market coordination, quality check, challenge of responses.
  • Support account team in account processes including finance and billing. Ensure all invoicing is accurate and always up to date.
  • Nurture relationships with key media owners to be informed and up to date on relevant opportunities worldwide and with developments in the industry, new insight sources, and strategic/planning approaches.

Qualifications + Skills

  • Solid experience in end to end Media Planning and Activation for brand and performance campaigns across multiple channels, both on and offline.
  • Demonstrate an understanding of media planning metrics and how each media channel works, ability to read a media plan and actualised campaign performances, with the ability to turn these into actionable media planning opportunities.
  • Experience working with and coordinating international teams and markets with strong communication and collaboration skills.
  • Ability to manage projects from end to end with rigor, organization and autonomy with a high attention to detail.
  • Problem solving & pro‐active mindset to be forward thinking and identify new workstreams and solutions.
  • Luxury experience or interest in the Luxury/Fashion industry is a plus.
