This is an exciting role working within the Global Data, Tech & Digital Operations team partnering with our newest client win in the automotive sector. The role itself is unique and spans across Digital Operations, Data & Tech Operations and DTO Solutions, being the key data steward for this important client. Working closely with other members of the DTO Team you will be expected to lead excellence in all aspects of digital, data and technical operations for this client, leading in areas such as governance of data & reporting, ad operations, taxonomy compliance, brand safety and quality control, leading ad-server traffic management and optimising ad/marketing technology stacks, workflow tools and processes. You would be responsible for assuring that the agency delivers clean, accurate data with maximum efficiency for use by the client and agency teams.
Key Responsibilities
- Owns the client data requirements (e.g. KPI framework, use cases, data schema) for media reporting, analytics and visualisation.
- Oversees trafficking process (handled by off-shore team) to ensure compliance with client requirements, and that all Display and Video across EMEA region is tracked in the correct way.
- Delivery of consistent, trusted data across all relevant platforms required by the client, and across all media channels operated by Dentsu, enabling accurate reporting and confident decision-making.
- Supporting the delivery of digital operations and processes for the client.
- Aiding in the transition or implementation of any ad technology global seats.
- Leading on brand assurance implementation.
- Leading in reviewing global taxonomies and taxonomy compliance monitoring for global clients.
Qualifications + Skills
- Extensive experience in digital media operations, data and digital platforms within a leading media agency.
- A strong working understanding of digital media & reporting platforms:
- Google Marketing Platform
- Ad servers including CM360 & AdForm
- DSPs/SSPs
- Web analytics tools – particularly Adobe Analytics but GA a plus
- Creative management platforms e.g. Smartly
- DCO
- Reporting solutions such as Datorama
