Overview: The purpose of this role is to support the design team members and creative work with focus, commitment and an ever-increasing knowledge of all things design and art. Supports realising concepts and big ideas with a dedication to producing the highest caliber of creative product.
Key responsibilities:
- Supports the execution of creative concepts together with copy partner at the direction of the creative director.
- Identifies creative thinking towards big ideas.
- Assists in the preparation of presenting big ideas to clients.
- Visualizes concepts and interprets them into design.
- Takes ownership of creative work.
- Ensures the brand tone and position is exemplified within the creative product.
- Provides insightful, creative executions which positively impact a client’s business.
Qualifications:
- Degree or diploma in Graphic Design, Fine Arts, Marketing, Media, or a related field, with proven experience as a Digital Art Director and a strong design portfolio.
- High proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite and digital production tools, with solid understanding of through-the-line creative and production processes.
- Strong creative thinking and visual conceptualization skills, able to develop innovative, impactful ideas beyond machine-generated designs.
- Deep passion for creativity, design excellence, and staying current with trends, technologies, consumer behavior, and cultural insights.
- Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment with excellent project management and execution skills.
