Job Description:

Dentsu Data Labs is part of the data and technology of Dentsu\’s capabilities, which supports our various brands in delivering accurate, meaningful and actionable insights to our clients.

We pride ourselves on the loud drumbeat of innovation that sounds through the company.

It drives the way we help clients achieve their business goals, the way we build teams and products as well as the way through which we train and develop our people.

We strive to create an environment that fosters collaboration and celebrates creativity.

Specializing in business intelligence, focused mostly on digital performance marketing but also touching on more traditional channels.

The team works hand in hand with other Dentsu teams and their clients to deliver accurate, meaningful, and actionable insights through best-in-class reporting and data visualisations.

Along the years we have partnered with some of the world\’s largest brands such as Kellogg\’s, Philips, Microsoft, Next, Gucci and Jaguar Land Rover.

The role
We are seeking a bright and ambitious Integrated Intelligence Manager to provide a major specialist retail client with data analysis. If you\’re the kind of person who looks at a problem and is driven to find a solution then you\’ve come to the right place.

Reporting into the Integrated Intelligence Director, you will help setup data visualisation platforms to connect data sets, comb through that collected data looking for trends, and come up with actionable insights that will help influence and evaluate marketing strategies.

This role will involve a lot of co-ordination and collaboration as you will be working with various teams across the business. Communicating complex ideas to others without an associated background in data is also a key part of what you will be doing.

Finally, quality and accuracy of reporting is incredibly important in this role and so attention to detail as well as a good understanding of media data, taxonomy, and visualisation will be required.

Duties include:

  • Create new, and develop existing, reporting systems and data visualisations for major clients
  • Connect varied and often disparate data sets in to centralised systems, sometimes requiring non-standard implementations
  • Analysis of digital media performance with varied cadences and focuses depending on the associated stakeholders
  • Analysis of website traffic, UX, and consumer behaviour using digital analytics platforms
  • Using data, and understanding it\’s accuracy, to develop actionable insights that help clients attain their business goals
  • Compiling and presenting those insights to clients and internal teams in an easy-to-digest format

What we are looking for

  • 2+ years\’ experience in digital marketing: agency, publisher, tech, or client side
  • Evidence of finding actionable insights in data
  • Evidence of developing data visualisation solutions
  • Experience in connecting and cleaning large data sets
  • Knowledge of data cleaning and aggregation functionality in MS Excel
  • Strong written and verbal communication, as well as comfortable presenting findings to varied groups
  • Attention to detail to ensure data QA and all client outputs are accurate
  • Understanding the importance of consistency and structure whether in digital media naming conventions or back-end systems
  • An understanding of good visual storytelling

A few of the benefits

  • You\’ll have a great compensation package, private health & dental insurance, corporate discounts and career development through Dentsu University, and free access to LinkedIn learning
  • 29+ days of annual leave (25 days of regular holidays, birthdays off and 3 additional wellness days)
  • We also offer the opportunity to volunteer for up to 2 days per year and tend to close down the agency between Christmas and New Years
  • You\’ll have a hybrid working schedule, with flexible start/end hours

For us, this is the foundation for great innovation which, in turn, generates better outcomes for our people, partners and communities. This is why we encourage applications from people with disabilities, and of all ages, nationalities, backgrounds and cultures.

We are happy to discuss flexible and agile approaches to working for all our roles – we can\’t promise we will be able to offer you everything you want or need but we do promise to discuss it with you openly and honestly. If you have any reasonable adjustment needs arising from a disability or medical condition to fully participate in the recruitment process, please discuss this with our recruitment teams.
