Purpose of the Role
The purpose of the role is to work with clients and influencers in order to drive creative, innovative and effective talent‑led campaigns & to provide support and assistance in managing the client's proposals and to keep day to day activities running smoothly.
What you’ll do
- Coordinates invoicing and payment process. Responsible for inputting jobs onto Paprika and regularly updating.
- Supports Manager in delivering outstanding client service through management of key projects
- Works with wider team to challenge client briefs, ensuring KPIs are achievable
- Collaborates with team to implement campaigns from conception to completion
- Responsible for influencer outreach and multiple campaign communications
- Builds trusted relationships with clients, agencies and influencer partners.
- Delivers excellent execution of full campaigns
- Knows how to use and utilise all relevant tools
- Responsible for building and upkeep of case study library, tracker and other team resources
