This is a 6‑month fixed‑term contract role within the influencer capability of Dentsu Creative. The role involves leading day‑to‑day client relationships, ensuring exceptional creator‑led campaigns, managing finances, and overseeing a team of Account Executives and Influencer Managers.
Purpose of the Role
Lead the relationship with clients and their creators, owning the commercial aspects of the account, working with the Business Director on forecasts, proposals and billing. Drive the team to deliver outstanding creator‑led work and support professional development.
What you’ll do
- Agency: Represent the agency’s thinking with clients. Promote the agency’s philosophy, work and integrity internally and externally. Achieve the best outcomes for both the agency and the client.
- Clients: Act as trusted advisor; partner with clients and develop strong, trusted relationships. Challenge clients on strategy and creative, pushing work to the next level. Understand the client’s business, marketplace and objectives. Deliver on client needs quickly and efficiently. Help develop and present proposals. Provide competitor reviews to clients. Manage client artwork comments, collaborating with creators and internal teams.
- Team: Maintain awareness of all team projects and serve as key escalation point. Oversee executive and manager work for quality and consistency. Conduct regular personnel reviews and mentor direct reports. Keep BD/Client Partner up to speed on key matters. Manage up to BD/Client Partner on key projects. Set up and attend weekly status meetings.
- Creators: Lead contract negotiation with legal and finance teams. Coordinate invoicing and payment processes. Act as gatekeeper for quality control and day‑to‑day queries.
