The purpose of this role is to lead client and prospect value-add activities on behalf of the network, cross-Service Line, in a given market. Key orchestrator and facilitator of thought leadership, client events and special client programming. Also manages new logo efforts within the Client Development team.

The Head of Engagement, Growth Solutions is responsible for driving the commercial growth, client adoption, and agency engagement of all dentsu Growth Solutions across dentsu UK. Growth Solutions are an evolving range of products, services and capabilities designed to give advertisers greater certainty and impact in the algorithmic era. They include proprietary media solutions, marketplaces, strategic services and data products. This role is focused on ensuring dentsu Growth Solutions are embedded within client strategies, widely adopted across agency teams, and delivering measurable revenue growth.

The Head of Engagement will work closely with Amplifi, agency leadership, client teams, and commercial stakeholders to position dentsu Growth Solutions as a core, scaled offering within dentsu's client proposition. The role sits at the intersection of commercial leadership, client engagement, and go-to-market execution, requiring a highly commercial, relationship-driven leader with a strong focus on sales enablement, adoption, and revenue delivery.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead the commercial growth and adoption of dentsu Growth Solutions across dentsu UK and drive sales performance, revenue targets, and pipeline growth across key clients and agency teams.
  • Champion dentsu Growth Solutions adoption across Planning, Investment, and Client Leadership teams.
  • Partner closely with Product Marketing and L&D to ensure all relevant stakeholders, particularly client facing teams, have ready access to the latest materials and resources, including tailored training content where applicable.
  • Work closely with agency stakeholders and Amplifi commercial teams to align on revenue goals, pipeline, and adoption targets.
  • Bring market insights, competitive positioning, and client needs into how dentsu Growth Solutions is sold and represented, as well as maintain active engagement with media owners, technology partners, and key industry stakeholders to support commercial growth.
  • Develop scalable processes that support efficient sales, onboarding, and adoption.
  • Operate effectively within a high-performance environment with clear commercial expectations and senior visibility.

Qualifications + Skills

  • Strong understanding of the digital media and advertising landscape, particularly across CTV, Social, Video, and emerging channels.
  • Strong operational mindset with the ability to track performance and drive accountability.
  • Commercially driven, results-oriented, and comfortable operating in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
  • Strong communication and storytelling skills, with confidence in client-facing and senior leadership environments.
  • Experience of leading a sales team and managing high performing team members.
  • Ability to translate client needs into compelling commercial propositions and solutions.
