ROLE PURPOSE

As a Designer at Dentsu Creative, you will report to the Design Director. We are seeking talented designers with 3 or more years of experience, a strong conceptual portfolio, and proficiency in design software such as Adobe Creative Suite and Figma. This design-centric role requires a passion for design and motion, focusing on creating innovative and impactful visual solutions. You will provide fresh thinking, strong ideas, and a high level of craftsmanship across various projects for Adobe, an exciting client known for its innovative communications.

RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Create compelling design concepts across various platforms, including digital, print, and branding materials that align with project objectives and client expectations.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to bring creative ideas to life and maintain a cohesive visual identity.
  • Produce dynamic and engaging motion graphics that enhance design projects and storytelling.
  • Present design concepts to team members and stakeholders, effectively communicating ideas and rationale.
  • Stay current with design trends, techniques, and technologies, applying this knowledge to create innovative design solutions that resonate with target audiences.
  • Participate in brainstorming sessions, contributing fresh ideas to enhance creative strategies.

WHAT YOU BRING

  • 3+ years of design experience, with a strong portfolio showcasing innovative concepts and design solutions.
  • Strong understanding of typography, color theory, layout, and user experience.
  • Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, After Effects) and skilled in Figma; motion graphics skills are a plus.
  • Solid understanding of motion design principles and best practices.
  • Strong attention to detail, creativity, and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Willingness to adapt to different projects and client needs.
  • Be a driven and versatile designer who thrives on collaboration with colleagues and clients.
  • Ability to adapt to changing priorities and work in a fast-paced environment.
