Responsibilities
- Participating in the creative ideation process, bringing new ideas and references to the table through the design lens.
- Collaborate with team members and other designers to create the best possible outcome for the brief or task.
- Be passionate about emerging trends and happenings within the design world.
- Creating work across multiple platforms such as Figma, the creative suite and be willing to explore new design possibilities across new technologies.
- Exploring motion with a conceptual edge but also able to handle some hard‑working simple motion executions.
- Support the creative and design leads across all stages of the project from initial concepts to final delivery.
- Be a voice in the design team advocating for the best work and a willingness to step concepts to final delivery.
- A keen interest and eye for all things design.
Qualifications
- Solid knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite.
- Enthusiasm and fresh energy.
- Calm in the face of high pressure and a drive to meet deadlines.
- Experience working in a professional design team.
- The ability to see projects through from inception to production.
- Good organisational skills that support the rest of the team.
- The motivation to maintain and improve design standards.
- The willingness to listen and to take onboard feedback and learn.
- Presentation graphics (PowerPoint/Keynote) an advantage, though not essential.
Must Have Skills
- Confident using Figma and Adobe Creative Suite.
- Previous Graphic Design experience (minimum 1 year) within a professional environment.
- A portfolio showcasing design for brands either in‑house or agency.
- Digital design experience, particularly within social & animation/motion graphics.
- Detail oriented with strong typography & layout skills.
- Ability to follow and implement brand guidelines.
- Able to thrive working in a fast‑paced environment, working across multiple projects simultaneously.
- Flexible and able to react quickly to changing demands of the business.
- Self‑motivated and happy to work as part of a team as well as individually.
- A willingness to learn and share knowledge & ideas.
- The ability to communicate concisely and effectively with senior stakeholders.
- Effective professional relationship building skills.
- A strong people manager with the ability to develop & motivate a large team.
- Excellent written, spoken & presentation skills.
- Strong commercial understanding.
- Excellent analytical & problem‑solving skills.
