We\’re hiring a Transformation Program Finance Analyst to join our Commercial Finance team in London on a 6 month fixed term contract.
Purpose of the Role
As Transformation Program Finance Analyst you\’ll be part of our EMEA Commercial Finance team working to deliver key financial analysis and deliverables in connection with a key transformation program aiming to increase profitability in the Region. This position will report to the Commercial Finance Business Partner for EMEA with a shared line to the Transformation Program Finance Business Partner and will work closely with the country and global finance teams and EMEA FP&A team.
Key Responsibilities
- Validation of restricting markets bookings vs severance approvals as well as validation of CTA and savings market bookings vs planning.
- Review actual cash CTA and align to NWC planning of markets.
- Prepare analysis of results and impact on planning.
- Build monthly reports for global and be prepared to answer questions when needed.
- Prepare business cases for governance submission and aide markets where needed in completing these.
- Prepare requests for budget targets relief.
Qualifications + Skills
- Experience in financial business analysis in a comparable commercial finance role, producing financial summaries that are clear and self-explanatory and driving improved financial performance within a business.
- Experienced user of Finance (consolidation) systems, preferably BPC/SAC.
- Able to explain financial matter to non-financial personnel (will be collaborating with HR and operations).
- Aptitude to business partnering showing commercial acumen with proven capability to discuss financial performance with business stakeholders.
- Strong communication, influencing, collaboration and relationship building skills.
- Part qualified accountant or equivalent commercial finance accreditation is desirable.
What we offer
This is a 6 month fixed term contract.
The team is based in our London office but operates under flexible working arrangements. The team are currently in the office every Wednesday and Thursday.
