Key Responsibilities:

1. Proactive support for the team, especially executives and managers
2. Responding to client requests such as planning data
3. Using CSS and research tools to gather data and insights
4. Compiling data for competitor reports, industry trends, and research
5. Monitoring client performance and identifying anomalies
