We\’re hiring for a Client Partner to join our team in London.

Purpose of the RoleAs Client Partner you\’ll own the day‐to‐day client relationship and all elements of delivery. This includes the implementation of the strategic vision for the client, delivery against the financial targets set and building a trusted relationship with the client.

You\’ll immerse yourself and the team in the clients\’ business: understanding their challenges, objectives, external economic environment, markets they operate in, competitive threats and relevant partner agencies. You\’ll understand their business model, how it is performing and what success looks like; knowing the client\’s products inside out and applying this knowledge to deliver innovative, ambitious client plans and service that deepens the relationships with the Client to retention and growth.

Key Responsibilities

Deliver innovative and ambitious, strategic and commercial solutions that balance client and agency values working closely with colleagues and clients.

Build strong client relationships as a trusted advisor with senior client and industry stakeholders.

Manage the team to ensure they also build strong relationships with their counterparts to deliver outstanding client service.

Use account plans to stimulate and track future work; manages resources effectively. Understanding the client commercial framework and works with senior account leadership to ensure business is run profitably.

Manage systems for forecasting accurate spend and track progress, improving client satisfaction to expand existing revenue streams and build new ones.

Translate agency strategy into innovative, executable business plans for own client that deliver business value.

Qualifications + Skills

Experience in digital media within a global organisation, with performance and awareness campaigns.

Extensive experience in media planning, account management, or related roles within a media agency.

Proven track record of leading successful client relationships and delivering exceptional results with excellent communication and interpersonal skills and the ability to build and maintain strong client relationships.

Strong leadership and team management skills, with the ability to inspire and guide Account Directors.

Innovative thinker with a deep understanding of market trends and the ability to apply this knowledge to drive business growth.

What we offerThis is a permanent role.

The team is based in our London office but operates under flexible working arrangements. The team are currently in the office every Wednesday and Thursday.
