Purpose of the Role
As Client Contracts & Compliance Manager you’ll work closely with the Client Contract Risk & Compliance Director and Global Director of the team by maintaining and monitoring:
- Network Management during Contract Compliance Audits for Global Clients e.g. ensuring Local Markets stay on track across the audit stages
- Audit Records Management e.g. maintaining Audit Database and monitoring Audit learnings with markets
- Collaborative issue resolution with the Contracts & Compliance global team and Local Markets
- Escalation path to the Client Contract Compliance Director, Contracts & Compliance team
You’ll be the first point of contact for all Dentsu Local Markets, communicating and coordinating Global Client Audits with Clients, Auditors and the Local Markets, ensuring NDAs and Audit Scopes of Work/Data Requests are aligned with the contractual requirements.
Key Responsibilities
- Build strong relationships with the Local Markets and effectively monitor the audit process.
- Provide guidance to Local Markets around audit process and testing.
- Escalate and discuss key issues to allow effective resolution and senior level monitoring.
- Assist the Client Contract Risk & Compliance Direct and Global Director of the team in establishing fit-for-purpose processes and protocols.
- Involvement in industry discussions with Auditors and Clients re Transparency and Audit protocols.
Qualifications & Skills
- Audit experience is essential, experience with commercial contract assurance is preferable.
- Experience in an international media agency or in an accountancy firm undertaking media agency reviews is preferable.
- Commercially minded with a natural ability to identify issues and create solutions in a collaborative manner.
- Ability to remain calm, positive and meet deadlines through excellent project management skills, comfortable working as part of a team or under their own initiative.
- Excellent communication and organisational skills, comfortable working within a complex industry and across different cultural backgrounds.
- Naturally curious to interrogate and validate information, high attention to detail.
What We Offer
This is a permanent role. The team is based in our London office but operates under flexible working arrangements. The team are currently in the office every Tuesday and Thursday. As well as a competitive salary, you’ll enjoy a benefits package that you can tailor to your needs.
