The Social Solutions Lead will be responsible for building market-leading social media solutions that combine platform expertise, audience understanding, creative thinking, measurement rigour, while being commercially astute. This role will lead the creation of an end-to-end social solutions framework across all key platforms, designed to optimise audiences, creative and business outcomes. It will also be responsible for ensuring social is fully connected into omni-channel planning and for developing solutions that capitalise on the relationship between social activity and search performance. The role will focus on turning dentsu's proprietary assets, partner opportunities and platform capabilities into compelling, scalable products and ways of working that create a clear dentsu difference for clients. The successful candidate will need to be deeply fluent in planning, buying, optimisation and measurement across paid social, while also understanding how social fits within the wider media ecosystem and where it can work in combination with video, display and search.

Responsibilities:

  • Create distinctive, market-leading social solutions that combine platform innovation, dentsu proprietary capability and clear commercial storytelling to drive stronger outcomes for clients.
  • Lead social platform expertise across paid social, influencer and consumer-generated content, turning platform capability into practical, full-funnel solutions that improve targeting, creative effectiveness, activation and measurement.
  • Define what great looks like across social planning, buying, optimisation and measurement for different client objectives, from awareness to consideration to conversion.
  • Define best-in-class social planning, creative and optimisation approaches, embedding platform-native thinking and test-and-learn discipline to improve performance across the full funnel.
  • Connect social into broader omni-channel strategy, partnering with AV and Addressable leads to define its distinctive role across audience design, measurement, workflow and integrated planning.
  • Experience turning platform and partner capability into scalable client-facing solutions.

Qualifications:

  • Deep expertise in paid social planning, buying, optimisation and measurement.
  • Strong knowledge of major social platforms and their activation environments.
  • Strong understanding of the role influencer marketing and consumer-generated content can play within modern social strategies, including how both can be deployed effectively as standalone tactics and as part of integrated full-funnel solution.
  • Good working understanding of how search complements social in audience, demand-generation and performance planning.
  • Strong understanding of full-funnel social strategy, creative testing principles, audience design and measurement approaches.

This is a Permanent role. The team is based in our London office but operates under flexible working arrangements. The team are currently in the office twice a week. As well as a competitive salary, you'll enjoy a benefits package that you can tailor to your needs.
