Overview
- Client Servicing/Account Management: Start to take the lead on client projects day to day. Develop a more rounded understanding of client businesses. Management opportunities with more junior staff on the coordination of client requirements.
- Project Management: Manage appropriate projects and tasks from start to finish as an individual or with a broader team. Know when to delegate relevant tasks to project team. Develop and co-ordinate action plans, owning updates for assigned areas. Share work with broader agency and champion others.
- Administration: Take ownership and responsibility for administrative tasks, managing others to deliver too. Regular reporting of task completion and updates to managers and above. Coordinating finance requires on projects using company systems and processes effectively (setting up job numbers, estimates etc.).
- Culture & Values: Support managers in agency culture initiatives. Support our culture and values targets by involving yourself in the planning and delivery of culture and value initiatives.
- Business Growth: Support in participating in new business projects. Look to build opportunities from current clients and new clients from across the business.
- Marketing: Support the agency marketing plan and input through social media. Execute in your area of interest through delivering a thought leadership piece.
- Self-Development: Keep up to date with industry news and share with wider team as appropriate. Take ownership of personal development with the support of line manager. Take ownership of personal goals and drive regular catch ups with line manager.
