Responsibilities
- Support the Vodafone global account in all aspects of account management, client relationships and project delivery with a key focus on managing our markets.
- Manage the global reporting workstream (e.g., investment, competitive analysis, KPIs, effectiveness).
- Support the timely delivery of monthly reports to Vodafone, ensuring accuracy on the MMIR template/Wizard platform and ongoing usage.
- Provide global support for Percept and local teams for Wizard requests such as user approvals.
- Assist finance and billing teams.
- Maintain regular communication with markets, understand their priorities, gather and share case studies and inspiration, and drive deadlines.
- Ensure project status is up to date for weekly internal and client calls.
- Respond to network and clients in a timely and accurate manner.
- Drive process and support content for weekly and monthly sessions and newsletters.
- Drive agenda and overall process of aligning speakers, proactively suggest topics, and coordinate materials and input across internal and external teams and resources.
Qualifications
- Knowledge of the media planning process and how this applies to global clients.
- Ability to translate data and information across platforms, sources and markets, analyse for insights and conclusions that inform strategic priorities for Vodafone.
- Excellent communication skills: verbal, written, presentation, listening with both senior and junior stakeholders.
- High level of attention to detail in all outputs.
- Teamwork: understands how to handle difficult and sensitive conversations within the network, checks in for support where necessary, and manages up.
- Self-awareness and organisation: adopts an energized and enthusiastic approach even under pressure, manages direct and virtual teams across the matrix, and follows up on key deliverables to ensure timely delivery.
- Ability to understand cultural nuances and adapt own style to fit, respecting differences in culture, approach and skill set.
