Support the Carlsberg and William Grant & Sons global accounts in all aspects of account management, client relationships, digital reporting and project delivery with a key focus on managing our markets.
Global Campaigns & Reporting
- Actively seen as a go-to point of contact and operational lead on key Carlsberg global campaigns, across a range of different brands within the portfolio.
- Lead different IPB campaign reporting, owning end‑to‑end data pull through to final narrative, typically across paid digital media channels.
- Contribute to regular client status calls and global network calls, be a visible, vocal presence on the accounts and ensure markets are clear on priorities and expectations for global campaigns.
Operational Support on Priority Global Projects
- Act as the operational backbone for key Carlsberg & WGS projects such as Sufficiency and Attention based planning. Supporting senior colleagues to ensure that frameworks are embedded within local markets.
- Collate best practice case studies of these workstreams from local markets and ensure that learnings are embedded into media plans, response to briefs, PCAs and reporting.
- Support and deliver against key projects in the WGS scope, including Total Social, Thought Leadership projects, the 1PD workstream, Local market data collection, Measurement and more.
Account Management
- Strong communication and project management skills required to work collaboratively with our global team and colleagues across a wide range of local markets.
- Requires regular communication with markets, understanding of their priorities, gathering and sharing case studies and inspiration and driving deadlines.
- Ensure project status is up to date for weekly internal and client calls.
- Respond to network and clients in a timely and accurate manner.
Candidate should have experience working in a media agency globally or locally, with confidence in account management, strong communication skills and strong digital media experience is key for this role.
Media and Insights Skills
- Knowledge of the media planning process and how this applies to global clients.
- Ability to translate data & information across platforms, sources and markets and analyse for insights and conclusions which inform strategic priorities for Carlsberg and WGS.

- Excellent communicator: verbal, written, presentation, listening skills with internal and external stakeholders both senior and junior.
- High level of attention to detail with all outputs.

- Understands how to handle difficult and sensitive conversations within the network and with clients if required.
