The purpose of this role is to set the strategic direction for the team, taking ownership of the overall vision and outcomes, liaising with other channels to ensure an integrated approach and roadmap. Analytics is a pivotal capability within the dentsu proposition, powering smarter decisions and sustainable growth for our clients. The Global Analytics Partner will play a critical leadership role in embedding best‑in‑class analytics solutions and capabilities across dentsu's global client portfolio. Leveraging extensive expertise in marketing data, measurement, and analytics, you will transform how clients use data and analytics to drive business success and will lead analytics contributions in new business pitches, ensuring dentsu's proposition is differentiated and compelling.
Key Responsibilities
- Advise global clients on optimal ways to leverage their data to impact growth.
- Identify requirements, design and scope solutions and deliver analytics projects.
- Work with global client teams to share and scale analytics work across markets.
- Consult clients to develop and enhance measurement and effectiveness solutions.
- Bring data to life through analysis and visualizations to maximize decision‑making capabilities and create efficiencies.
- Act as a trusted adviser, providing consultative input.
- Mobilize the right resources and skills across matrix teams; identify gaps and establish upskilling or hiring plans.
- Lead analytics deliverables in global pitches, developing compelling narratives, case studies, and solution designs.
- Collaborate with commercial teams to scope, price, and package analytics services for global clients.
- Identify analytics growth opportunities across dentsu brands and service lines.
- Work with the global head of analytics and dentsu product teams to shape and refine analytics products, ensuring they meet client and market needs.
- Be a thought leader, staying close to emerging analytics trends and tools, introducing relevant innovations and partners to dentsu's product ecosystem.
- Build strong relationships with global client leads, market analytics teams, and dentsu agency brand stakeholders, and adjacent practice teams (e.g., Data & Tech) to drive alignment and execution.
Qualifications
- Significant experience in analytics, research, and/or data, ideally within a media or marketing environment.
- Knowledge and capability to design and deliver complex analytics solutions, including MMM, budget optimization, LTV forecasting, and growth analysis.
- Experienced client partner who excels at developing trusted relationships.
- Consummate communicator, both written and verbal; able to explain complex topics simply to technical and non‑technical audiences.
- Experience distilling data to develop and articulate insights and recommendations, with the ability to present points of view to senior client audiences.
- Experience building and managing teams.
- Applied knowledge of the marketing and technology ecosystem and related data, and of key partners.
- Commercial acumen and ability to influence.
- Diplomatic, able to develop strong relationships with key stakeholders at all levels within the business.
