The predicted salary is between 36000 - 60000 £ per year.
The purpose of this role is to provide support and assistance in all areas of managing the client's business and keeping day to day activities running smoothly. This includes providing strategic recommendations and managing all resources to ensure the Client's influencer marketing needs are met, from campaign planning and client management to managing the Account Executives and monitoring their workload, as well as helping develop their skill sets.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead larger, more complex solutions and drive the team to deliver innovative, ambitious, integrated and 'on-brief' campaigns.
- Challenge client briefs, ensuring creative solutions & KPIs are achievable.
- Implement campaigns from conception to completion.
- Liaise with third parties and build trusted relationships with key stakeholders.
- Project manage the team to deliver excellent execution of full campaigns.
- Act as a key contact for talent at all stages of negotiations of a new project.
- Deliver key creative thinking across all projects.
- Act as the 'gatekeeper' for quality control and the first port of call on day to day queries and questions.
- Lead on contract negotiation, liaising with legal & finance teams where needed.
- Coordinate invoicing and payment process as per contract and terms agreed.
- Deliver presentations where necessary.
- Manage the Business - deliver the service proposition to clients and full end to end management of the business on individual clients.
- Own the client relationships as per the defined relationship strategy for the client.
- Proactively identify Client Development Opportunities - flag specific client cross sell and upsell opportunities.
- Drive seamless delivery and profitability of account.
- Manage and motivate team around the clients' objectives and culture.
Requirements:
- Aware of latest market trends.
- Some experience of training & mentoring others.
- Experience of working with and managing clients.
- Managing creative content RFP processes.
- Understand fee structures and commercial terms.
- 3 years+ experience.
