Combining strategic advisory and hands‑on pre‑sales leadership, the Content Technology Lead will guide RFPs and proactive solutioning, while ensuring Merkle stays ahead of innovation in content platforms (Adobe Experience Manager, Sitecore, Optimizely, Bynder, composable CMS/DAM) and AI‑driven content technologies. Crucially, this role will identify and convert monetisation opportunities from vendor product launches and roadmap innovations into differentiated client propositions.

  • Content Technology Solution Leadership: Lead solutioning for content ecosystems (DAM, CMS, headless/composable ecosystems). Design frameworks that enable content reuse, personalisation at scale, and omnichannel activation. Ensure solutions align with experience design, commerce, and CRM transformation strategies.
  • Pre‑Sales Excellence: Own and contribute to the content technology dimension of RFPs, RFIs, and major pitches. Translate technical capabilities (content workflows, governance, AI content generation, dynamic rendering) into clear client outcomes (speed‑to‑market, efficiency, personalisation ROI). Build reusable playbooks, accelerators, and demos that scale across pursuits.
  • Innovation & Product Evolution: Stay informed of vendor roadmaps and quarterly product releases across Adobe, Sitecore, Optimizely, Bynder, and emerging AI‑driven content platforms. Identify monetisation opportunities from new product launches and embed them into GTM offerings. Partner with vendors to co‑create GTM propositions, industry thought leadership, and joint client solutions.
  • Client Advisory & Market Engagement: Act as an advisor to CMOs, CIOs, and Digital/Content leaders on modern content supply chains and experience platforms. Lead roadmap workshops to help clients evolve content maturity and connect platforms with business outcomes. Represent Merkle externally at content platform partner events and industry forums.

Support enablement and certification growth across key platform ecosystems. Foster a culture of innovation, collaboration, and measurable client impact across the DXC solutions team.
