- Channel expertise and specialist leadership: Act as the specialist lead across YouTube, OLV and display, with working knowledge of key ecosystems such as Google, Amazon, TTD, SSP curation and publisher‑direct/video partner environments.
- Planning, optimisation and measurement: Drive smarter planning, optimisation and measurement across YouTube, online video and display, defining what great performance looks like and building insight‑led frameworks that improve value, sharpen activation, strengthen reporting and turn campaign learnings into better client outcomes and future solutions.
- Process, tooling and operational design: Demonstrate strong working knowledge of agency tools, systems and media workflows, including ad serving, trafficking, measurement setup, taxonomy discipline and operational governance.
- Cross Channel collaboration: Work closely with AV and Social solution leads to ensure consistency of thinking across audience strategy, measurement, commercial logic and integrated planning.

- Strong working knowledge of Google's and Amazon ecosystem, plus broader programmatic platforms and publisher environments.
- Experience managing SSP and publisher relationships.
- Deep knowledge of the formats available across YouTube, online video and display, including how they function, where they add value, and the role they play within different planning, creative and performance objectives.
- Excellent knowledge of planning, buying, optimisation and measurement principles across addressable media.
