Job Description:

  • Providing Tier 1 support to Salesforce global user base.
  • Supporting user queries about new functionalities launched monthly by the development team.
  • Managing user and license management, including setup/deactivation, roles, profiles, permissions, public groups, OWD, sharing settings.
  • Handling data migrations and data loading requests for Salesforce.
  • Troubleshooting and resolving user issues promptly, managing projects following agile best practices.
  • Executing configuration changes such as flows, assignment rules, approval processes, fields, page layouts, record types, dashboards, and reports.
  • Establishing best practices, maintaining documentation, and suggesting improvements.
  • Monitoring system performance and troubleshooting operational issues.
  • Staying current with Salesforce releases, features, and best practices.
  • Supporting the implementation of new features, applications, and third-party integrations.
  • Maintaining comprehensive documentation of Salesforce configurations and processes.

Requirements:

  • Some exposure to being a Salesforce Administrator.
  • Experience working in a Scrum/Agile environment.
  • Creative problem-solving skills and drive to succeed.
  • Excellent negotiation, customer service, interpersonal, and communication skills.
  • Strong analytical, planning, and organizational skills.
  • Self-motivated, able to work autonomously and within a team.
  • Positive, empathetic, and professional demeanor.
  • Experience with Lightning and Salesforce App development.
