The purpose of this role is to provide executive, confidential secretarial and administrative support to a member of the Dentsu Aegis Network global or local executive. The role supports members of the Dentsu Creative UK Executive Leadership Team, providing high-quality administrative, organisational, and coordination support.

Responsibilities

  • Provide proactive administrative and coordination support to multiple ELT members.
  • Manage complex and ever-changing diaries across regions and time zones.
  • Act as a trusted point of contact, handling correspondence with professionalism and discretion.
  • Schedule and prioritise meetings across stakeholders and time zones.
  • Organise meeting logistics including rooms, AV/IT support, refreshments, and agendas.
  • Support preparation of meeting materials and follow up on actions where required.
  • Welcome and coordinate external clients and visitors.
  • Arrange domestic and international travel, including visas where required.
  • Create clear and detailed travel itineraries.
  • Manage travel bookings and expenses efficiently.
  • Support office management activities as needed.
  • Assist in the planning and delivery of internal and external events.
  • Contribute to creating a positive and well-organised working environment.
  • Assist with the preparation and formatting of presentations, documents, and reports.
  • Demonstrate a willingness to learn and develop presentation-building skills.
