Role Purpose: Social media represents a significant growth area for DC. This role is crucial for our clients' social success, involving the formulation and execution of innovative social strategies to elevate brands, boost engagement, and deliver measurable results. You will be a leading voice for social within DC, working across markets for a sports client, and contributing to social innovation projects to push boundaries.
Key Responsibilities:
- Social Media Strategy and Development:
- Create comprehensive social media strategies and frameworks for clients' owned and paid channels.
- Oversee social content development from a strategic perspective.
- Develop products, playbooks, and workflows to ensure clarity and excellence.
- Collaborate with creatives and creators to produce optimal content.
- Coordinate with client service, operations, and community management teams.
- Work with media, data, and analytics teams for social planning and amplification.
- Build and nurture a social community within the agency and wider network.
- Provide value-added insights through reports, workshops, and trend updates.
- Be an expert in measurement and evaluation techniques for social.
- Track and report on social program effectiveness and impact.
