You will help maximise the conversion of new business pitches for dentsu and develop the strategy for prospect opportunities for growth. The successful candidate will work with the team on the development, management, and conversion of high-quality, sustainable new business opportunities. Effective pitch management will be crucial to help drive new business wins and foster team satisfaction.

Assist the Business Development team in meeting dentsu’s management revenue targets through prospecting, new business, and client growth. Support and lead, where appropriate, on pitches/business development projects from end-to-end with the oversight/support of the Business Development Director. Support and/or project manage the delivery of local market pitches, ensuring an organized process including deadlines. Project manage/support the delivery of RFIs and RFPs. Support the development of creative content, case studies, and credentials. Assist pitch teams in production, brainstorming, research, data collection, logistics, rehearsals, and pitch theatre. Report all new business, losses, or live opportunities via Salesforce. Engage with the wider dentsu new business community and attend meetings. Support submissions to industry bodies and awards. Contribute to the culture of the dentsu New Business community.

  • Ability to analyze data and craft persuasive narratives.
  • Familiarity with Microsoft 365; willingness to learn Salesforce, Tableau, and AI tools.
  • Organized, calm under pressure, capable of managing multiple deadlines.
