Role Purpose
The Dynamic Creative Manager will be responsible for developing and leading DCO strategy, set-up and optimisation of all personalised advertising and marketing. The Manager will establish a proven track record of delivering high level strategic thinking, in-depth campaign analysis of creative performance and effective, incremental testing for dynamic creative campaigns to ensure year-on-year client growth. They will proactively orchestrate a team of DCO specialists, both in individual performance development and guidance, whilst also managing the overarching strategic roadmap and overseeing production and delivery of outputs across all Dynamic Creative campaigns to a high standard and with the guidance of seniors and directors. The Manager will have a proven track record of winning new business and will lead on in-person and virtual pitches, presentations, and workshops with clients. They will report into the Dynamic Creative Director.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and provide day to day briefing, strategy, activation, and optimisation/automation of dynamic creative (DCO) campaigns.
- Define the role of personalisation across addressable channels via data signals to drive performance.
- Exercise critical thinking and analysis to develop robust strategic planning and processes for all account-related responsibilities across data-driven dynamic creative campaigns.
- Lead on new business opportunities and orchestrate workshops with multiple stakeholders.
- Lead collaboration and relationships with all key stakeholders and partners on dynamic creative projects, including internal teams and external agencies, ensuring outputs are met accordingly to project timelines, and agreed objectives and purpose.
- Ensure QA is maintained and be the person-of-contact for roadmapping, launch and activation, with overall responsibility for activation checks and timely status reports to client for dynamic creative clients.
- Maintain and nurture client relationships.
- Responsible for drafting proposals and scopes of works as well as financial onboarding, forecasting, and billing per account.
- Responsible for line management of team members with professional guidance and clear objectives to enable confidence and success for individuals.
Skills/Qualifications
Previous Programmatic or DCO experience is essential, preferably at Manager level.
