The Global Addressable Media team is working across London and Amsterdam, delivering digital media services to connect brands with consumers via best-in-class digital ad experiences and drive sustainable growth. Together with 100 like-minded colleagues we run digital campaigns for advertisers over 50+ markets around the world.

The Client Lead will provide strategic recommendations and manage all resources to ensure the client’s needs are met. You will be viewed as a trusted advisor to the client, understand and articulate client business insights and leverage them to contribute ways to move business forward, lead and monitor the day-to-day activities; proactively identify new business building insights and opportunities, manage, motivate and develop the team; work with other departments to develop and execute strategies that will build the client’s business.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Responsible for structuring, leading, and managing the pod to deliver business according to set targets.
  • Input into shaping of your respective pod, which includes KPIs, training and hiring of key members of the team.
  • Managing the finance process, forecasting, and reporting to the business.
  • Manage team tasks, workload, resources, and objectives.
  • Regularly contribute to wider team initiatives beyond own team, such as training and new business.
Qualifications + Skills:
  • You have several years of experience in media, advertising, or marketing, with a strong understanding of media planning and buying.
  • You have strong knowledge in Programmatic and Paid Social buying.
  • You have advanced experience with relationship management.
  • You have advanced experience with service & solution frameworks & methods.
  • You have advanced negotiation & influence skills.
  • You have advanced project management skills.

This is a permanent role. The team is based in our London office but operates under flexible working arrangements. The team are currently in the office twice a week. As well as a competitive salary, you’ll enjoy a benefits package that you can tailor to your needs.
