We’re hiring for an AV Planning & Buying Manager to join our Team in Manchester.
Purpose of the Role
As AV Manager you’ll join a friendly and collaborative AV community where you will deliver best in class AV planning & buying client servicing, commercial delivery, media owner relationships. Being responsible for the full end to end planning and buying you’ll implement innovate ideas for media response and progressive processes to ensure operational excellence. Ensuring AV activity across Linear, VOD, Cinema and Audio is delivered to value and contractual guarantees
Key Responsibilities
- Manage a team to deliver consistent and best in class campaigns across AV.
- Manage your team’s workflow, output and development.
- Ensure client servicing is of the highest standard for you and all direct reports.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with internal and external teams.
- Demonstrate market knowledge & new opportunities across all AV media.
- Support on pitches & new business.
Qualifications + Skills
- Clear understanding of the AV marketplace with experience in planning and/or buying across TV, VOD, Cinema, CTV and Audio.
- Clear understanding of the role of AV on media plans with the ability to ensure 100% accurate output across the AV process.
- Excellent communication & problem-solving skills with a mature and proactive approach to stakeholder relationships and workloads.
- Excellent attention to detail with strong presentation skills
- Experience training and mentoring junior colleagues and new starters

- The team is based in our Manchester office but operates under flexible working arrangements. The team are currently in the office every Thursday.
