The iProspect client services team are based in Newcastle working across a range of leading high‑street fashion brands including FatFace, Victoria’s Secret and Reiss.
Purpose of the Role
You will assist the team in their day to day duties and coordination of campaigns and initiatives. As Client Executive, you will play a proactive support role for the team: most specifically executive and manager. You will be able to respond to simple client requests such as planning data and use research tools to pull data and insights as requested by the team. Reporting into the Client Manager, you will provide supporting work for planning processes. You will be comfortable collating data for competitor reports, media industry trends, and live research.
A bit about you
- Minimum of 1 year of experience in a similar role within the advertising, marketing, or communications industry, or a relevant education/placement with knowledge of the media industry.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills to effectively engage with clients and team members.
- Strong organizational and project management skills with the ability to coordinate activities and ensure timely and budget‑compliant project delivery.
- Demonstrated ability to build and maintain positive client relationships, with a client‑centric approach to service delivery.
- Proficient in analysing sales data and market trends to make informed decisions and recommendations.
- Ability to adapt to a fast‑paced and dynamic work environment, staying informed about industry changes and incorporating them into planning processes.
Key Responsibilities
- Work collaboratively with colleagues and, where appropriate, local markets across Dentsu to meet client service needs.
- Coordinate activities to ensure that projects and plans deliver against objectives and are executed within the allocated time and budget.
- Support the Client Manager and the wider team with general client liaison and administration.
- Connect with clients to facilitate the delivery of communication and services.
- Conduct research on new market trends and incorporate findings into planning processes.
- Monitor sales data to measure the effectiveness of plans, and proactively flag any issues as appropriate.
