We are seeking an enthusiastic and motivated Assistant within our Hospitality & Events Team to support ticketing and asset management across key partnerships with Premier League, Merlin, and Live Nation.

This unique opportunity allows hands‑on experience in sport and events ticketing and prize fulfilment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Programme & Project

Management: support senior leads in delivering key ticketing workstreams for partnership programmes across UK and European markets, including ticket allocation, distribution and tracking.

  • Project planning and documentation: prepare project plans, timelines, status trackers and internal documentation to ensure smooth and timely delivery.
  • Budget support: play a supporting role in budget tracking and financial administration, keeping records accurate and up‑to‑date.
  • Client & Stakeholder Communication: contribute to client calls, status meetings and programme updates by preparing information, presenting progress and sharing delivery insights.
  • Internal liaison: develop productive working relationships with London and global teams and ensure clear communication between clients, suppliers and stakeholders.
  • Operations & Guest

Communication: help create guest communications, itineraries, welcome materials and programme documentation; refine guest journey plans for a seamless event experience.

  • Administration: own administrative tasks, coordinate finance requirements on projects, manage job numbers and estimates, track task completion, and submit time‑sheet reports.

Qualifications

  • Essential: self‑starter, self‑motivated, ambitious, strong organisational and problem‑solving skills.
  • Attention to detail, ability to manage multiple priorities and coordinate tasks simultaneously.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, confident presenter at all levels.
  • Competent with Microsoft Office; basic Excel skills; familiarity with HTML and other programming languages is a plus.
  • Numerical aptitude and data analysis ability.
  • Desirable: experience in account management, events or related fields; global brands, sports properties or rights holders; prior agency experience; interest in sport & entertainment.
