The purpose of this role is to provide executive, confidential secretarial and administrative support to a member of the Dentsu Aegis Network global or local executive.

This role supports members of the Dentsu Creative UK Executive Leadership Team, providing high-quality administrative, organisational, and coordination support. The Team Assistant acts as a trusted partner—managing complex diaries, ensuring seamless travel and logistics, and supporting the smooth running of meetings, office activity, and key events. This is a varied role with exposure across senior stakeholders, offering the opportunity to contribute to team culture, internal events, and presentation preparation.
What you’ll do
- Provide proactive administrative and coordination support to multiple ELT members
- Manage complex and ever-changing diaries across regions and time zones
- Act as a trusted point of contact, handling correspondence with professionalism and discretion
- Schedule and prioritise meetings across stakeholders and time zones
- Organise meeting logistics including rooms, AV/IT support, refreshments, and agendas
- Support preparation of meeting materials and follow up on actions where required
- Welcome and coordinate external clients and visitors
- Arrange domestic and international travel, including visas where required
- Create clear and detailed travel itineraries
- Manage travel bookings and expenses efficiently
- Support office management activities as needed
- Assist in the planning and delivery of internal and external events
- Contribute to creating a positive and well-organised working environment
- Assist with the preparation and formatting of presentations, documents, and reports
- Demonstrate a willingness to learn and develop presentation-building skills
