Purpose of the Role
We’re looking for a Social Media Account Executive to join our growing team. This is a hands-on role for someone with a genuine passion for social media, who is eager to learn, get stuck in, and play a key role in delivering creative and effective content for our clients. You’ll support the day-to-day running of accounts, including working closely with the creative team on content ideas, campaign planning and delivery, community management and reporting. You’ll also build strong client relationships through clear communication, responsiveness and attention to detail.
What you’ll do
- Client & Project Management
- Supporting account teams in the day-to-day management of client relationships.
- Building strong working relationships through clear, professional communication.
- Assisting in briefing internal creative teams.
- Acting as a key link between client and agency to ensure smooth delivery.
- Delivering updates to clients on calls, including presenting work, progress and next steps with confidence.
- Supporting with campaign planning, timelines and admin.
- Social Execution
- Supporting the creation of social content including ideas, briefs, reviewing content and copy.
- Assisting with content calendars and scheduling across platforms.
- Monitoring social channels and community management (comments, DMs).
- Identifying trends and opportunities for reactive content.
- Supporting influencer identification and coordination where relevant.
- Performance & Reporting
- Assist monitoring campaign performance.
- Support reporting and client updates.
- Helping identify key insights and opportunities for future activity.
What you’ll bring
- Experience in a social media or marketing role.
- Strong understanding of social platforms (Instagram, TikTok, Facebook etc.) and how content performs across them.
- A strong interest in social trends, culture and content creation.
- An interest in analysing content performance and learning what drives results.
- Confident written and verbal communication skills.
- Highly organised with the ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines.
- Strong attention to detail and a genuine care for the quality of your work.
- Ability to build positive relationships with clients.
