Reward Manager - UK & I
Responsibilities- Translate global and regional reward strategies into locally relevant programmes across UK & I.
- Review compensation recommendations and provide commercially balanced, data led advice.
- Lead participation in compensation surveys and market benchmarking, using insights to inform salary structures, reward frameworks and pay decisions.
- Own the UK & I Gender Pay Gap reporting programme and support broader pay equity and emerging pay transparency initiatives.
- Lead strategic benefits projects, partner with vendors and resolve complex benefits matters to enhance the employee experience.
- Own and oversee the annual salary and bonus review cycles for the UK & I market.
- Act as the reward subject matter expert for executive incentive programmes, salary structures, job architecture, acquisitions, integrations and organisational transformation.
- Manage complex reward projects from planning through to successful delivery, ensuring robust governance and compliance.
- Engage proactively with HR teams, business leaders and senior executives to strengthen understanding and adoption of reward programmes.
- Strong reward and/or benefits experience gained within a medium to large organisation, including managing complex projects and working with senior stakeholders.
- Demonstrated knowledge of compensation frameworks, salary surveys, market data, job evaluation methodologies and reward governance.
- Commercially minded, with strong analytical and problem solving capabilities and the ability to turn data into clear recommendations.
- Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills, with the credibility to influence at all levels and create executive level presentations.
- Advanced Excel and PowerPoint skills; experience with HR systems such as Workday and benefits platforms such as Darwin is advantageous.
- Highly organised, detail oriented and delivery focused, with the integrity, judgement and adaptability to manage ambiguity and competing priorities.
- Genuine interest in reward trends, market practices and emerging legislation, alongside a commitment to creating fair, inclusive and impactful reward solutions.
