Job Overview

Kickstart your career with the Academy. The Paid Search Junior Associate role provides a foundation in media marketing within the dentsu Paid Search team.

  • Key Accountabilities
  • Assist in implementing high quality, innovative campaigns on Google Ads and Microsoft Ads.
  • Accurately complete daily quality checks to ensure client campaigns meet strategy.
  • Support optimisation and client growth activities.
  • Generate performance reports and provide insightful analysis.
  • Stay current with industry trends, platform updates and trendspotting for clients.
  • Build and maintain relationships with clients, internal teams, media owners and partners.

Qualifications & Skills

  • Completion of relevant training and accreditation such as Google and Microsoft (or willingness to obtain).
  • Strong verbal and written communication; high personal responsibility and ability to follow processes.
  • Excellent numeracy, literacy, analytical and data‑analysis skills.
  • Attention to detail with ability to work under pressure and prioritise tasks.
  • Comfortable using Excel; prior experience preferred but not mandatory.
  • Team‑player with professionalism, commercial awareness and respect for others.

From day one you will receive extensive training through in‑person and virtual sessions, workshops and a buddy program.

You will work with large data sets, learn campaign building and optimisation, and have opportunities to assist wider teams with analysis projects.
