Vodafone has been a client of Carat's since January 2020, after winning a global pitch and securing the business across Vodafone's owned markets. Shifting their focus as a business into technology, Vodafone have launched a new brand positioning, putting purpose at the core of their communications as they look to a future enabled by people + technology. This role presents an opportunity to be part of a high-performing team, working at pace to lead and accelerate Vodafone's ongoing media transformation initiatives, driving global media excellence across our market.

Role purpose & Responsibilities:
  • Support the Vodafone global account in all aspects of account management, client relationships and project delivery with a key focus on managing our markets.
  • Reporting: manage the global reporting workstream e.g. investment, competitive, KPIs, effectiveness.
  • Account Management: Strong communication and project management skills required to work collaboratively with our global team and colleagues across local markets.
  • Thought leadership: drive process and support content for weekly and monthly sessions and newsletters.
Professional Skills
  • Media and Insights skills: Knowledge of the media planning process and how this applies to global clients.
  • Communication: Excellent communicator: verbal, written, presentation, listening skills with internal and external stakeholders both senior and junior.
  • Teamwork: Understands how to handle difficult and sensitive conversations within the network.
  • Self-awareness and organisation: Adopts energised and enthusiastic approach even when under pressure.
