This is a fast-paced environment with multiple projects running simultaneously, so the ability to deliver high-quality work at scale is critical. You’ll also play a key role in managing internal stakeholders and ensuring clear communication at all levels.
Life as a Project Manager at Dentsu Creative
- Work closely with the other PMs within the project management team, to ensure the smooth running of the team’s schedule.
- Manage resource requests and changes promptly, collaborating with the resource management team and partnering with other project managers to resolve resource conflicts efficiently.
Skills required
- 5 years’ experience in a similar role, with a proven track record of delivering similar types of work in an agency environment.
- Team management - a real team player who loves working collaboratively and has an instinct for liaising with creatives; someone who knows what great looks like!
- A self-starter with the ability to work independently.
- Demonstrates curiosity and a strong desire to learn all aspects of creative project management.
- Financially astute, with proven experience in scoping projects from initial brief through to successful delivery.
- Experience of full Adobe creative suite and Figma is desirable but not required.
- Sound knowledge of digital creative formats and ability to read and understand media plans.
