What can I expect?
We are offering a 3-day immersive programme designed to give you real insight into life at dentsu. You’ll explore our three core practice areas:
- Customer Experience Management (CXM)
- Media
- Creative
Whether you’re interested in data, advertising, or creativity, there’s something for you. During the programme, you will:
- Take part in interactive, hands-on workshops
- Hear from and network with industry experts
- Build your confidence through employability sessions
- Gain a deeper understanding of dentsu, our work, and our culture
Do I qualify?
If you’re excited about your future and want to learn more about the agency world, Thrive Futures could be a great opportunity for you. We welcome and encourage applications from individuals aged 18 and upwards. This programme is designed to improve access for people from lower socio‐economic backgrounds. To be eligible, you must meet at least one of the criteria below:
- The main household earner when you were aged 14 worked in a lower socio-economic occupation
- You are or have been eligible for free school meals
- You attended a school with above-average free school meal eligibility
- You would be the first in your family to attend higher education (e.g. university or degree apprenticeship)
- We’re particularly keen to hear from those with an interest in data, creative, or media.
By applying for this programme, you confirm that you meet at least one of the eligibility criteria above.

Dates 2026: 14th, 15th and 16th July
Where is it happening?
10 Triton Street, London. Reasonable travel costs will be covered (e.g. journeys up to one hour each way) along with lunch. Overnight stays are not available, so please apply only if the location is within a comfortable commuting distance.
