Key Responsibilities

  • Manages audience‑led client projects, partnering with the Global Insights Partner to deliver high‑quality, insight‑led outputs that enable global‑to‑local activation.
  • Applies audience expertise and global frameworks to deliver clear, compelling presentations that deepen understanding of markets, audiences, and opportunities.
  • Supports the development and application of dentsu AI‑led insight tools (e.g. AI personas) to generate deeper cultural and audience intelligence.
  • Uses connected datasets and insight frameworks to build scalable audience definitions reflecting motivations, behaviours, and cultural context.
  • Collaborates with strategy, planning and paid social teams to translate audience insights into activation‑ready recommendations.
  • Supports global in‑market application of audience strategy, planning, including involvement in test‑and‑learn initiatives.
  • Tracks and reports adoption of global audience frameworks and dentsu Audience Builder across markets and brands.
  • Contributes to new business pitches and supports ongoing client growth initiatives.

Qualifications + Skills

  • Confident working with data in Excel/Google Sheets and combining datasets (e.g. YouGov, Kantar, GWI) to support analysis.
  • Experience using social listening platforms (e.g. Brandwatch, Meltwater) to generate audience and cultural insights.
  • Understanding of platform analytics (e.g. Meta Ads Manager, TikTok) for generating audience and performance insights.
  • Ability to design and apply research approaches using multiple data sources to build scalable audience segments.
  • Ability to link data and insights to clear business impact, collaborating across teams and communicating insights effectively to stakeholders.
  • Understanding of media planning and how audience insights inform channel strategy.
