The predicted salary is between 36000 - 60000 £ per year.
Will work closely with the Strategy and Client Account teams in Carat UK, as well as occasionally with colleagues in other areas of the Dentsu business. This role will lead client insight projects internally and with clients, be instrumental in creating content for pitches and thought leadership.
We are looking for someone creative and curious who can think outside the box right from planning a research programme through to analysis and delivery of the insights and new solutions that will provide maximum client business impact. The new approaches developed could be through repackaging current deliverables and/or via new techniques and methodologies.
We are looking for someone that has experience in cultural insights, primary and secondary data handling and strong critical thinking when it comes to using AI solutions alongside strong storytelling skills. This role will offer the successful candidate the opportunity to work closely with a small team of insight specialists and include line managerial responsibilities, including workflow management and the opportunity to help grow, motivate and nurture brilliant young talent.
Professional Skills- This is a hybrid client facing and internal role so we are looking for someone comfortable to develop direct relationships with clients and internal teams.
- Ability to design research solutions and be creative with a variety of different data sets (including digital) and methodologies.
- Exposure and experience using AI solutions – imperative critical thinking.
- Experience and keen interest in cultural insight discovery and cultural intelligence.
- Experience in applying datasets to include Yougov profiles, CCS or TGI, GWI as well as trend led and category focused resources e.g. Mintel, Foresight Factory, Canvas 8 for desk research purposes.
- Strong storytelling and communication skills and strong creativity when it comes to data mining, particularly in support of strategic imperatives.
- Ability to manage time across workstreams and stakeholder needs.
- Good project management skills and ability.
- Experience nurturing junior colleagues and directing workflows across teams.
