The purpose of this role is to provide executive, confidential secretarial and administrative support to a member of the Dentsu Aegis Network global or local executive.
Dentsu Creative is a global creative agency network built to unlock exponential growth for clients through Transformative Creativity. Purpose of the Role: This role supports members of the Dentsu Creative UK Executive Leadership Team, providing high-quality administrative, organisational, and coordination support. The Team Assistant acts as a trusted partner—managing complex diaries, ensuring seamless travel and logistics, and supporting the smooth running of meetings, office activity, and key events. This is a varied role with exposure across senior stakeholders, offering the opportunity to contribute to team culture, internal events, and presentation preparation.
What you’ll do:
- Executive & Team Support: Provide proactive administrative and coordination support to multiple ELT members; manage complex and ever-changing diaries across regions and time zones; act as a trusted point of contact, handling correspondence with professionalism and discretion.
- Meetings & Coordination: Schedule and prioritise meetings across stakeholders and time zones; organise meeting logistics including rooms, AV/IT support, refreshments, and agendas; support preparation of meeting materials and follow up on actions where required; welcome and coordinate external clients and visitors.
- Travel & Expenses: Arrange domestic and international travel, including visas where required; create clear and detailed travel itineraries; manage travel bookings and expenses efficiently.
- Office & Events Support: Support office management activities as needed; assist in the planning and delivery of internal and external events; contribute to creating a positive and well-organised working environment.
- Content & Presentation Support: Assist with the preparation and formatting of presentations, documents, and reports; demonstrate a willingness to learn and develop presentation-building skills.
