The purpose of this role is to support the design team members and creative work with focus, commitment and an ever-increasing knowledge of all things design and art. Supports realising concepts and big ideas with a dedication to producing the highest caliber of creative product.

We’re looking for a Junior Social Creative to join our growing social team. This role is ideal for someone at the early stages of their creative career who lives and breathes social, is obsessed with platforms and trends, and is excited to learn how great ideas come to life in a creative agency environment. You’ll support the team in developing platform native social content, contributing ideas, creating engaging assets and helping brands show up in a culturally relevant, creative way across social channels.
Key Responsibilities
- Supporting the creation of social first ideas and content across platforms such as TikTok, Instagram, YouTube, X and emerging channels
- Contributing creative ideas, references and cultural insight to brainstorms, pitches and ongoing client work
- Assisting with the development of platform native content formats, including shortform video, reactive content and always on social
- Working closely with designers, motion editors, copywriters, strategists and social leads to bring ideas to life
- Helping to adapt and tailor content across different platforms while maintaining creative quality and relevance
- Staying on top of social trends, creators, formats and cultural moments — and proactively sharing these with the team
- Supporting content planning and creative delivery to ensure work is produced on time and to a high standard
Qualifications & Skills
- A genuine passion for social media, creativity and culture
- An understanding of what makes content work differently across platforms (especially TikTok & Instagram)
- A creative eye, strong ideas and attention to detail
- Confidence sharing ideas and contributing creatively in a team environment
- A willingness to learn, take feedback and develop your craft
- Some experience creating social content (this could be through university work, personal projects, internships or freelance work)
What we Offer
- This role is a 6 month FTC.
- The team is based in our Manchester office but operates under flexible working arrangements. The team are currently in the office every Monday and Tuesday
