Purpose of the Role

The purpose of this role is to partner with the influencer team and clients to create strategic outputs including insight generation, cultural narrative, influencer briefs, influencer content solutions and go-to market activations.

What you’ll do

  • Strategy - Delivers day-to-day strategic work for client(s) and new business pitches, stewarding influencer strategies through to execution in collaboration with internal and external teams. Includes influencer-led campaigns and campaigns where influencers play a supporting role.
  • Delivers or contributes towards influencer toolkits for regional and local client(s), defining best practice for a particular brand.
  • Understands and demonstrates the role influencers of varying tiers and types play for brands throughout the funnel with demonstrable business impact and ROI.
  • Briefs working teams (influencer, media and creative) and partners for ideation.
  • Leads and steers brainstorms.
  • Develops and delivers award-worthy work through creative influencer solutions that are at the intersection of media effectiveness and innovative creativity.
  • Sets KPIs and measurement frameworks for campaigns based on the influencer role and brand objectives.

Trends

  • Develops and presents trends in the influencer industry and/or a client’s business.
  • Creates or contributes to provocative, industry-leading thought leadership for clients around a client's business/category, influencer landscape, culture and consumer.

Measurement

  • Reviews reports and PCAs for assigned brands to identify and implement insights and recommendations.
  • Frequently reviews KPIs, ensuring that we meet, and exceed, objectives and show measurable ROI.
  • Proactively looks out for opportunities to improve the work and drive better results in a collaborative way.

Client relationship

  • Builds trust with clients, earning respect and trust by bringing trends, ideas and innovation to strategic input.

What you’ll bring

  • Substantial experience in influencer marketing, including experience in working with all tiers of influencers from mega celebrities to activating UGC campaigns at scale.
  • 5 years’ experience in advertising or marketing.
  • Thorough understanding of influencer marketing within EMEA, including technology, tools, performance, legal.
  • Immersed in culture.
  • Experience working on beauty and/or FMCG brands advantageous.
