We’re hiring for a Global Supplier Manager as part of dentsu in Manchester.

Purpose of the Role

This role is required as part of the operationalization of Project Alliance, Global Supplier Contract Manager will work with the respective leads in Technology, Finance and Procurement acting as a global point of escalation and liaison our IT Services Vendor.

This role is critical for our supplier contractual agreements, loss of operational compliance and governance, including supplier management, and financial performance reporting.

Key Responsibilities

  • You’ll work with the respective leads in Technology, Finance and Procurement acting as a global point of escalation and liaison with our key Partners.
  • You’ll have responsibility for oversight of the operational execution of the contract to ensure our Partners delivers service in line with their obligations and targets.
  • You’ll be a key contributor to the direction of the vendor strategy, supporting dentsu’s business priorities. This includes defining contractual best-practice and governance frameworks. Participating in defining, planning, and documenting initiatives related to dentsu’s global wide future Technology strategy.
  • You’ll have responsibility for oversight of the operational execution of the contract to ensure our Partners delivers service in line with their obligations and targets.
  • Supplier Management :Maintain strong relationships with our main suppliers and vendors, ensuring they adhere to contract terms and performance standards.
  • Operational Compliance :Ensure operational activities comply with contractual agreements and regulatory requirements. Establish and maintain Supplier governance. Approve, authorize, and oversee all contract-related policies and procedures.
  • Stakeholder Coordination :Coordinate with legal, procurement, and other departments to ensure contractual obligations are met. Collaborate with global Finance directors across Americas, APAC & EMEA to manage financial aspects of supplier contracts. Guide Suppliers Account & Commercial Manager and Independent Survey Supplier in developing and delivering Dentsu Satisfaction Surveys.

Qualifications + Skills

  • Experienced in working with IT Servies Vendor or Outsourcing Service Management
  • Knowledge of ITIL/ITSM
  • Solid experience in technology outsourcing across APAC/EMEA/Americas
  • Experience in Supplier Management
  • Proven experience and understanding of technology outsourcing principles
