The Growth Executive is an entry level role within the dentsu Growth team, supporting the delivery of new business activity across media. Working closely with the Global Business Development Director and wider growth community, this role provides hands on support across pitches, proposals and growth projects. This position is ideal for someone at the early stages of their career who is highly organised, curious, and keen to develop experience in media, marketing, and business development. Previous experience in a project coordination, PA, or administrative type roles is welcomed.
Job Description:- Pitch & Project Support
- Support the coordination of RFIs and RFPs, assisting senior team members to ensure pitches are delivered on time and to a high standard.
- Help develop and maintain pitch timing plans, schedule meetings, and track key milestones.
- Assist with the organisation of pitch logistics including team sessions, brainstorms, rehearsals, and pitch presentations.
- Support the preparation of pitch materials, ensuring documents are correctly formatted, version‑controlled, and easy to access.
- Maintain organised and up‑to‑date pitch content within the SharePoint hub.
- Research & Insight Support
- Conduct research on clients, prospects, and competitors to support pitch development and learning.
- Gather background information and insights to help inform pitch teams and business development activity.
- Support the maintenance of competitor and market intelligence materials.
- Stakeholder Coordination
- Act as a point of coordination between internal teams, helping to keep communication clear and organised.
- Support collaboration across multiple teams and markets by tracking actions and following up where needed.
- Work closely with senior growth team members, gaining exposure to different aspects of the new business process.
