Having just won Campaign Brief’s Media Agency of the Year, we are now excited to invite applications for the role of Digital Associate with our awesome team in Perth.

The role:

As a Digital Associate, you’ll gain hands-on experience across paid search, paid social, programmatic and emerging digital channels. You’ll learn how campaigns are set up, tracked, optimised and reported – building a strong technical and analytical foundation in a high-growth industry. You’ll work closely with experienced digital specialists who will mentor and support your development every step of the way.

Core responsibilities:

  • Help set up and launch digital campaigns across platforms like Google Ads, Meta, TikTok and programmatic tools
  • Support tracking and tagging (UTMs, pixels, conversion tracking) to ensure campaigns measure correctly
  • Monitor live campaigns for pacing and performance, flagging any issues or opportunities
  • Pull and prepare campaign reports using platform data and Excel
  • Assist with audience targeting, list uploads and remarketing setup
  • Coordinate creative assets to ensure ads meet platform specs and go live on time

A Bit About You:

  • Strong attention to detail, especially when working with data and campaign setup
  • A curious mindset and passion for digital, tech and how advertising works online
  • Highly organised and able to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment
  • A team player who’s proactive, asks questions and is eager to learn
  • Confident communication skills (written and verbal)

Experience & Qualifications:

  • Less than 2 years of experience in media, marketing or advertising (internships or graduate roles welcome)
  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Digital Media, Business or a related discipline (or equivalent experience)
  • Basic understanding of digital advertising channels and how they function within a media campaign
  • Familiarity with Google Ads, Meta Ads or programmatic platforms is advantageous but not essential
  • Google Ads or Meta Blueprint certification is well regarded
