Data Visualisation Manager – Global Heineken Account
The purpose of this role is to develop best‑in‑class strategies and manage all insights and analysis activities for assigned clients, lead and develop the team, and serve as a point of escalation when needed.
Responsibilities
- Develop & Maintain BI Solutions – design, build, and optimise dashboards, reports, and data pipelines using Power BI, Tableau, or Qlik.
- End‑to‑End Project Delivery – scope projects, extract data, visualise, and train stakeholders.
- Ensure Data Accuracy & Security – collaborate with data engineers to maintain data integrity and comply with industry regulations.
- Work Closely with Clients – gather requirements, present insights, and provide recommendations to clients and internal teams.
- Stay Ahead of New BI Tools & Features – continually explore new technologies and industry trends, including AI & augmented analytics.
- Contribute to Development of the Team – mentor junior members with technical support and guidance, and share solutions in bi‑weekly team catch‑ups.
Qualifications
- 3+ years in a data/reporting analyst role, preferably in an agency, consultancy, or client‑facing environment.
- Proficiency in reporting tools – Power BI, Tableau, Qlik, SQL, and Excel.
- Strong problem‑solving skills – ability to translate data into actionable insights.
- Interest in AI‑Assisted Analytics – understanding of emerging augmented analytics features such as Copilot, Insight Advisor, and Tableau Pulse.
- Excellent presentation and storytelling skills – simplify complex data topics for diverse audiences.
- Ability to manage multiple client accounts – stay organisation and meet deadlines efficiently.
- Knowledge of industry metrics – familiarity with key performance indicators in marketing, finance, or other relevant industries.
- Project management skills – familiarity with an array of project management techniques and tools.
