- Pre-Sales Excellence: Own and contribute to the content technology dimension of RFPs, RFIs, and major pitches. Translate technical capabilities (content workflows, governance, AI content generation, dynamic rendering) into clear client outcomes (speed-to-market, efficiency, personalisation ROI). Build reusable playbooks, accelerators, and demos that scale across pursuits.
- Innovation & Product Evolution: Stay informed of vendor roadmaps and quarterly product releases across Adobe, Sitecore, Optimizely, Bynder, and emerging AI-driven content platforms. Identify monetisation opportunities from new product launches and embed them into GTM offerings. Partner with vendors to co-create GTM propositions, industry thought leadership, and joint client solutions.
