Orthodontic Aligner Specialist (m/w/d)
Deine Rolle
- Du verantwortest Selektion und Gewinnung von Neukunden, sowie aktive Beratung bestehender Kunden/Kieferorthopäden und Zahnärzten zu unserem SureSmile Alignern und digitalen Workflow
- Du übernimmst den Ausbau des bestehenden Geschäfts in dem Produktbereichen SureSmile Aligner/Ortho und angrenzenden Leistungen bei Endkunden mit dem Schwerpunkt KFO und large Accounts
- Du bist verantwortlich für den Aufbau und die Betreuung eines signifikanten Portfolios an Neukunden
- Du zeichnest Dich durch Freude an der Vermittlung von softwarebasierten Behandlungskonzepten aus und gewinnst Neukunden durch gezielte Akquise
- Eigenverantwortliche Planung, Organisation und Durchführung von Produktpräsentationen sowie Schulungen bei Zahnärzten und Kieferorthopäden in der zugewiesenen Region
- Du bist aktiv in Zusammenarbeit mit den Account Managern Implants & Digital Solutions, im jeweiligen Reisegebiet, zur gezielten Kundengewinnung und zum Ausbau des bestehenden Geschäftes
- Die Erstellung von regelmäßigen Reportings sowie Markt- und Wettbewerbsbeobachtung gehören zu Deinen Aufgaben
- Du übernimmst Präsentationen der SureSmile Produkte an Messen, Kongressen und sonstigen Fach-Events
Dein Profil
- Du findest neue Lösungen und Möglichkeiten bei der Neukundengewinnung und durch deine starke Überzeugungsfähigkeit, gepaart mit einer hohen Eloquenz kannst du diese auch in Erfolge umwandeln
- Du besitzt eine abgeschlossene Berufsausbildung als Zahn-me-di-zi-ni-scher Fach-an-ge-stell-ter bzw. Zahntechniker (w/m/d) oder eine kaufmännische Ausbildung
- Du bringst fundierte Berufserfahrung im Vertrieb und in der Neukundengewinnung mit (Erfahrung im Dental- und Gesundheitsmarkt von Vorteil)
- Du suchst Herausforderungen, wirst durch Ziele motiviert und hast Freude am persönlichen Kundenkontakt
- Du erkennst empathisch komplexe Kundenbedürfnisse und bietest passende Lösungen an
- Du zeichnest Dich aufgrund Deines sicheren und kompetenten Auftretens, gepaart mit einer hohen Eigenmotivation, Durchhaltevermögen und ein gutes Gespür für Kundenbeziehungen aus
- Überzeugungsfähigkeit und Kommunikationsstärke zur Kundengewinnung und Abschlusssicherheit
- Du besitzt eine ergebnisorientierte und selbstständige Arbeitsweise sowie die Fähigkeit, komplexe Themen prägnant und verständlich darzustellen
- Sicherer Umgang mit modernen Office Programmen und Kommunikationsmedien
- Verhandlungssichere Deutschkenntnisse (in Wort und Schrift) sowie gute Englischkenntnisse
