Reporting into the Ireland Country Manager, in this role you are required to grow SureSmile Orthodontic business on territory; increasing the revenue through growing the number of active customers of Aligner cases submitted & retainers ordered.
You will support existing customers, working with them to expand their business (account management) whilst also acquiring new customers.
The position requires strong selling skills, competitiveness, collaboration and being accountable for your own results.
Key responsibilities:
- Acquire, develop, and retain new accounts to rapidly develop our aligner & digital solution sales.
- Competitively result driven – ensuring you meet / exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual commercial objectives.
- Collaborative – able to work as part of a wider DS sales team to win shared sales objectives, utilising existing DS relationships on the same territory within existing customers to create synergies by promoting DS workflow solutions (specifically SureSmile & Digital).
- Manage and develop accounts (on territory) with a key focus on account segmentation and targeting. Own the relationship between Dentsply Sirona and the account for all DS workflows.
- Provide market leading training and support to ensure efficient use of DS solutions.
- Execute education & courses in line with the Clinical Affairs & Marketing strategies to build awareness of SureSmile, including but not limited to lunch & learn, educational event live and online events
- Able to directly communicate and report into the National Sales Manager in a timely and accurate manner. Comply with the company’s policies, practices and procedures.
- Provide regular feedback to National sales manager & marketing on market trends in a constantly changing market.
- Develop and manage territory using CRM tools (Salesforce lightening).
Requirements:
- Educated to degree level or equivalent combination of education and experience
- Sales Experience is essential / Dental sales experience preferred – Commercial experience is essential
- Proven sales success & ability to be agile adding new techniques and passion for best practice to the organisation.
- Drive for results oriented – competitive with a winning mentality.
- Ability to work individually in an account as well as highly collaborative in a wider team environment.
- Excellent product and industry knowledge.
- Professional with proven ability to build appropriate relationships with key customers.
- Enthusiastic, efficient, and highly organised – desire to constantly improve efficiencies and customer focus.
- Excellent communication skills, including presentation skills & confidence to challenge clinicians. Negotiation skills.
- Structured & decisive – ability to prioritise a demanding workload through business planning and territory management.
- Able to analyse business data including direct (Bi Report) & Indirect sales through the Price Corrected Dealer Sales Out (PCDSO) to refine specific product and activity focus to achieve KPI targets on a monthly/cycle basis.
- Computer literate: Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint, and CRM.
- Able to undertake regular UK business travel i.e. 1 night per week, (2-4 during induction phase and occasional overseas for 3-4 nights) and hold a valid local driving license.
