Job Title: Technology Manager – Logistics

We are hiring for a scale up business in the logistics and supply chain sector, who, following a reshape of the business, are looking to engage a Technology leader to manage a small team but remain hands on in some key areas.

Responsibilities

• Lead a team of six with hands‑on experience in API integrations and onboarding of carriers into their tech landscape.
• Provide focus on solution design and work through problems as they arise.
• Guide the team through solutions, offering clarity on the best technical approaches.
• Collaborate closely with developers, supporting the workflow of development into pipelines.
• Act as the “number 2” in tech, supporting the strategy and roadmap to move the business forwards.

Qualifications

• Technical leadership experience.
• Hands‑on experience in API development.
• Technical requirements gathering.
• Knowledge of data transfer protocols.
• Experience in eComms or logistics.
• Experience with SQL, process flows, SFTP or similar.
• Hands‑on experience with JSON or XML.
